Growing up on a small horse farm in rural Indiana, I saw my mom struggle after my parents’ divorce when I was 16. Going through my own divorce at age 28, I experienced first-hand the insecurity of life after divorce.

A desire to guide people facing critical money-related decisions led me to a degree in finance and a career as a financial advisor. My experiences revealed how underserved divorcing women are in these matters. As a result, I committed myself to helping them and became a CDFA.
